"Wow! I never knew I could have so much input into the marketing side of listing our property until I listed with Coldwell Banker Realtors in Kingsland, Texas! Working with Lance has been great! Lance is not only a co-owner/agent but also takes care of the marketing side of the business which includes the Web site. He welcomed ideas and suggestions while also helping me to understand his strategies as well. Together, we put together the listing of our property. He had our property up on their Web site and the MLS for both the Highland Lakes and Austin area very promptly as if we were his only clients. The one on one experience was awesome!
Believe me when I tell you, when I decided to add or make a change to our listing, Lance took care of it either right then or before the end of the business day. Either way, I was extremely pleased with his promptness and attention to details. We both had the same goal in mind . . . to get our listing "just right" and as soon as possible.
